Today, I’ve visited Una Residences – the beautiful waterfront luxury building in the heart of South Brickell. Together with Susie, who presented this unique project, we were in the best location you can find in South Brickell you can find.
Una Residences location
Una Residences is the only boutique building in South Brickell under construction right now, with 47 stories and only 130 residences. That means a maximum of four units per floor, private elevators, and a beautiful Biscayne Bay view. The building is all glass with a beautiful bay pool and an entire floor for the spa, gyms, and wellness areas.
Una is located on 25th road – the only project under construction in South Rico right now, so Una shares the same avenue with Santa Maria and Bristol. The great thing about this location is that you have access to all the main highways.
Furthermore, the building is very unique as this is the first project that Adrian Smith and Gordon Jill are doing here in Miami, who are the architects of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai!
What’s more, Una offers a drop-off pickup location for the residents and the Grand Bay Club membership.
Luxurious and elegant residences
The most remarkable thing about Una Residences – there will be no studios and one-bedroom units. Only three, four, and five bedrooms units are designed for the family, giving an outstanding comfort experience for big families. There’s a solid reason behind this decision – the Una Residences location boasts the best schools in Miami! Large units start at 2000 sq. ft., with the biggest units holding five bedrooms having an enormous 4700 sq. ft.
All the residences come entirely finished, so you get a residence ready to move in with floors and all the appliances. Italian cabinets and all-marble bathrooms are totally worth the price.
Una Residences prices
The cost of a unit starts at $2.7 million. Moreover, developers ask for a 50% deposit and 20% of the contract – the other 30% can be submitted later.
So let me know if you have any more questions. I would love to show this project to you in person, and of course, check out my Instagram page – realtor.katya.
