Miami market continues to heat up with New Developments in Miami; buyers increasingly seek larger homes, an enduring trend since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic last year!
Honestly, I’ve never experienced a market this strong. Miami has always been a vibrant place. But today, the city has become a center for business and commerce, rather than just tourism. We see multi-sector job growth!
If you’re want to be among those New Developments in Miami, let’s take a look at five new projects that launched sales now or will launch in the coming months.
Missoni Baia – 777 NE 26th
Located in the Edgewater neighborhood, Missoni Baia is now topping off construction at 57 stories, with most of its 249 units already sold ahead of its projected completion later this year.
The fashion house’s creative brand aesthetic with eye-catching prints and Italian flare presents throughout the new 838,000-square-foot luxury tower. The architect behind the design is Hani Rashid of Asymptote Architecture, while Enzo Enea of Enea Garden Design designed a rich, layered landscape.
Luxe interiors feature 10-foot ceilings, terraces running eight to ten feet deep, impact-resistant glass windows and sliding doors, and floor-to-ceiling glazing. The units come with marble-encased and mosaic-tiled bathrooms, and all kitchens have custom cabinets and high-end appliances. Within and around the building, a 20,000-square-foot-plus amenity suite includes the city’s largest private spa with a sauna, steam room, and massage, as well as multiple pools and poolside resident lounges.
Priced ranges from $650,000 to $9 million
Baccarat Residences Brickell, 444 Brickell Ave.
The 75-story luxury Baccarat-branded development brings upward of 300 units and 40 riverfront villas. It is one of three towers making up a four-acre mixed-use enclave in the center of the Brickell Financial District. The whole project will bring 1,400 units, with plans to possibly include hotel and office components. The condo project will offer a sophisticated design, exceptional service, and amenities that reflect the storied French crystal company more than 250-year heritage.
The aesthetic will reminisce 18th-century Paris and 21st-century Miami, with a 1930s Art Deco influence. Décor elements have a carefully selected collection of furnishings and accessories from top auction houses. Especially, custom Baccarat lighting and aged French oak flooring! Eventually, sales are beginning now, with the groundbreaking set for early next year and completion in 2025.
The prices will start from $1,025,900! This is one of those New Developments in Miami with highest prices on the market!
The Villa Collection at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, 4701 Meridian Ave.
The Ritz-Carlton Development broke ground and launched sales in late January to meet the high demand for single-family homes. Eventually, the first villa will come in the early 2022’s. The development locates in the heart of Mid-Beach and is minutes away from Downtown Miami and South Beach. The 15 free-standing two-story villas are elements of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, which holds 111 luxury condos scattered across a 7.5-acre site with a clear lake, ocean, and city views. Moreover, the interiors and exteriors were designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni.
The 15 single-family homes have floor-to-ceiling windows, custom architect-designed Boffi kitchens with Gaggenau features, bathrooms lined in marble, and expansive private terraces wrapped in glass. Additionally, other features are two-car garages, fenced yards, and private infinity-edge pools. Eight of the waterfront villas will include private boat dockage, and seven will offer scenic secret gardens.
The price range starts from $4.375 million.
Onda, 1135 103rd St., Bay Harbor Islands
This Miami-Dade County luxury boutique development will bring 41 residences and penthouses in a seven-story condo tower. Also, standout features and amenities are expansive waterfront views, a private marina, a gym and spa, and a rooftop pool.
Exceptional design features include Italian flooring throughout, spacious tiled terraces or private gardens for most units, private and semi-private residential elevators, energy-efficient air conditioning, and heating systems with ultra-quiet technology. Particularly, the fully accessorized Snaidero kitchens will have top-of-the-line Miele appliances, and the bathrooms will have Italian marble and wood cabinetry. Eventually, Onda will hold four penthouses, two of which will have private pools. Sales have recently started, with completion slated for mid-2023.
