Today, I’ve visited a beautiful project on Hallandale beach – Oasis. Norma has kindly introduced me to this latest development in Miami.
About Oasis Hallandale
Oasis is a fantastic project with two mixed-use towers ready to serve your preferences. Designed by Architecttonica and world-renowned architect Bernardo fort-Brescia, it’s sort of like a European style where you have plazas and parks throughout the project so that you’ll be able to enjoy the nature, water features and, obviously, all the restaurants, stores and other facilities that we have in front of the towers.
The uniqueness of the building is how the glass is placed in our vast balconies. Most of the terraces are close to 40 feet long. So you’ll have plenty of space to enjoy the view. Inside the building lobby, you can see two-story glass waterfalls that come down, looking like water droplets coming from the ceiling inside the luxurious entrance.
Oasis Hallandale Inside and Outside Amenities
Inside the towers, you will find all amenities you need – an elegant bar, and a lounge area with TV screens, and even pool tables for a bit of entertainment. Oasis also has an indoor theater, a huge party room that can accommodate over 140 people, a play center, ping pong rooms, and many other indoor amenities. Moreover, there are two giant pools outside – one is 84 feet long, and the other is shallow, ideal for the kids. Oasis holds an innovative fitness center with up-to-date gym equipment, a spa area where you can get a massage, a meditation room, a yoga area, and a sauna. Parking locates underneath the pool area, so there’s plenty of parking place as well.
There is a beautiful outdoor park so you won’t have to take your children anywhere else. A magnificent water park made me speechless, but the most beautiful thing is the outdoor theaters, where you can relax and enjoy cozy night events.
Oasis Hallandale Apartments
Apartments come with one, two, and three bedrooms, with 1.5 and 2.5 bathrooms. Penthouses locate on the 25th floor – there are two stories, with one facing south left and two facing the north.
The price from apartments starts with $480 – $500 per sq. ft. for the one-bedroom. Everything else will range from around $500 to about a little over $600 per sq. ft., including penthouses.
Maintenance
The maintenance costs around 75 cents per square foot.
Taxes in the area are 2% for Hollandale Beach, plus there’s an additional percentage that the city charges.
The building will be ready by the end of 2024, ready for your decorator to assemble extra features like floor paint and chandeliers. The bathrooms come with tile on the floors, and the cabinetry is Italian-made.
