The most expensive condo buildings in Edgewater are Gran Paraiso, Paramount Bay, and Aria on the Bay.

Remember that buying a condo will also cost you monthly maintenance fees. They can be different regarding your situation and depend on the services included. Usually, they are calculated based on the square footage of your unit.
The fees may include water, insurance, property management fees—cable and internet as additional services.
